Location: Mud Hut at Devarakaadu, Channapatna (1 Hour's Drive from Bengaluru University)

  • Meal and Snacks (coconut milk with dry fruits and raw food salads)
  • Take-Home Kit: Natural Cleaner (750ml), skin butter (25gms), wood ash (500 gms), herbs

  •  Invite more life-force with natural products: Praanapoorna DIY process.
  •  Growing natural raw material around us.
  • Earth Spirituality / Spiritual Ecology - Inner awareness and how nature is helping us heal.
  • Guided experiential session in Mud Hut (Yoga Nidra or Conscious sleep )
  •  Exploration of Inner Self with an experiential session.
  •  Experience sharing and discussions, strengthening body & mind overcoming negative emotions enhancing concentration understanding light, vision and dreams

Workshop Facilitator: Smitha Kamath

Smitha is a practising spiritual ecologist and sustainable progress enthusiast. She believes joy comes from flowing with universal energy and practising mindfulness.  This can be done by exploring Natural farming and ways of creating microhabitats for biodiversity, as well as reviving the art of creating natural handcrafted products for daily needs. She is a staunch believer in 'connected forests' being critical for us to ensure the equitable well-being of our and future generations from whom we have borrowed this ecosystem.  Smitha has been driving PraanaPoorna Collective, mainstreaming sustainable lifestyle by reviving handcrafted natural products with locally available ingredients since 2016.   She also heads DevaraKaadu, an organization that aims to revive Ancient wisdom for abundance using sustainable farming practices, sacred groves for biodiversity and groundwater recharge, since 2012
