Constructing your own crude system Age Group: 15 and above Workshop Facilitator: Bharath Dayananda Bharath Dayananda learnt that the only barrier to the almost magical technique of aquaponics was the cost of learning and setting up the farm, and with a group of believers started Eat Neat Project, his own aquaponic farm setup. A year of R&D later, Bharath discovered the most cost-effective, resourceful and fully sustainable Aquaponic farm setup. The story of aquaponics is still taking shape and the dream is to make every Indian household a self-sustaining organic farm setup.

Introduction to Aquaponics - Hydroponics, Aquaculture, Applications of Aquaponics, A brief history of modern aquaponic technology, advantages and disadvantages of Aquaponics 2. Understanding Aquaponics - Biological components of aquaponics, the biofilter, healthy bacterial colony, and balancing the aquaponics ecosystem 3. Working within the tolerance range for each organism 4.
