  • Learn a few dishes which we can never think of without oil, sugar or dairy:
    -> Aloo Paratha
    -> Paneer butter masala (with no paneer and butter)
    -> Oil-free dal tadka (with no tadka)
    -> Ash Gourd Kheer
    -> A salad to conclude the session
