Online Yoga and Pranayama workshop

Contents of the workshop:

With limited physical access to the outside world, this class is designed in a way to help you practise at home. If you are new to Yoga, do not panic, you don't have to be super flexible or strong to start your yoga practice.

Age Group: 12 years and above

Course Level:

  • 2 sessions: Sessions held on 28th and 29th will be at a beginner level
  • 4 sessions: Sessions held on 28th and 29th will be at a beginner level. Sessions held on 4th and 5th will be at an intermediate level

Workshop Facilitator: Sangita Porwal

Sangita Porwal, the professional yoga trainer, is a reputed yoga and wellness expert. She has been practising and training scores of people in Yoga for over ten years. Having had advance training in Yoga at Rishikesh, she is registered with the Yoga Alliance, USA and Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India. With her rich experience in Yoga, she also designs and conducts Yoga retreats for other institutes and corporate bodies at their location.

  • If you choose to attend two sessions, the sessions on 28th and 29th are at a beginner level
  • If you choose to attend four sessions, the sessions on 28th and 29th are at a beginner level; while the sessions on 4th and 5th are at an intermediate level
  • Kindly note that each session is 1 hour
  • The webinar link will be shared in the order confirmation mail that will be received after booking
  • The workshop will be conducted in English
  • The facilitator is fluent in English and Hindi

Online Yoga and Pranayama workshop

A session of Yoga and pranayama in the morning is said to leave you alert for the day, make you happy and allow you to connect with your inner self. At Sangita's Yogasutra, both traditional Hatha Yoga and dynamic Asthanga Vinyasa forms are practised. This workshop offers asana practise, which is followed by pranayama and meditation. You will also receive a few healthy diet tips.
